  1. Resolution to conform future land use map to North Boylan small area plan (SAP)
  2. Resolution regarding Cameron Village neighborhood and the proposed 30-year comprehensive plan for Raleigh
  3. Resolution to designate area between St. Mary’s St., Park Ave., Hillsborough St., and the railroad tracks as a study area
  4. Resolution to withhold approval of future land use map pending updates of zoning code
