Hillsborough CAC members adopted 4 resolutions on May 28, 2009 which we continue to request the planning commission and the city council to incorporate into the final version of the future land use map and 2030 comprehensive plan:
- Resolution to conform future land use map to North Boylan small area plan (SAP)
- Resolution regarding Cameron Village neighborhood and the proposed 30-year comprehensive plan for Raleigh
- Resolution to designate area between St. Mary’s St., Park Ave., Hillsborough St., and the railroad tracks as a study area
- Resolution to withhold approval of future land use map pending updates of zoning code
